Reid's Mill
Reid's mill was erected on the Yackandandah Creek in 1845-46 by David Reid (1820-1906),
the second occupant of the Yackandandah No. 2 run. At first it was the only flour mill
between Yass and Kilmore. In later years silt from mining operations further up
the creek interfered with the mill's working,
eventually causing it to shut down.
