World War 2 Honour Roll
Seventeen men and one woman with connections to
Staghorn Flat served in World War II.
Currently the
honour roll is on display at the
Athenaeum in Yackandandah.
A photographic collection is being compiled of the
individuals named on the roll. Photographs are still
required of RW ("Reg") Garvey and J (Jack) Robinson.
The latter died as a POW on the notorious Burma Railway.
